As a Referrer, you are subject to KustoMAKE’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for "Refer-a-Friend" program:

• Qualified Referral: A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made with KustoMAKE (AKDEZ Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) by a person (a "Referred Customer") who at the time of purchase shares the referral code (unique to the Referrer). You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

• Referred Customer: The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).

• Referral Rewards: For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order greater than Rs. 2,00,000/- in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3 rd party fees.

• Reward Payments: Reward Payments are liable to change and will be intimated time to time on this website. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards. You will receive the Reward Payment within thirty (30) days after the advance payment (i.e. 40%) from the successful Referred Customer. All Reward Payments will be sent by Cheque through post.

• Eligibility: Eligibility is limited to individuals only. KustoMAKE’s "Refer-a-Friend" Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in KustoMAKE’s sole discretion. (Corporations are not people, my friend!)

        

   To make referrals, you must:

1. Provide us with a valid email address and mobile number;

2. Be an individual person and of the age of majority in the state/province or jurisdiction where you are resident at the time of participation (Companies and employees of KustoMAKE or their subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies, including immediate family and household members, are not eligible to earn credit for referrals)

• No Spam: You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of this program that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Refer-a-Friend program.

• Right to Close Accounts: KustoMAKE reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

• Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms: KustoMAKE reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.

By entering into this "Refer-a-Friend" Program, you acknowledge and agree that KustoMAKE’s determination will be final and binding with respect to the referring party's eligibility for any Referral Reward.

KustoMAKE reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate registration or activity. KustoMAKE, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to delay payment of any Referral Reward while it conducts an investigation of any such activity. If KustoMAKE, in its sole discretion, concludes a registration was deceptive you agree that KustoMAKE will not be obligated to pay any Referral Reward for such registration.
